Bedrich Parizek Czech Crevice Garden

In March of 1990, Norman Singer and Geoffrey Charlesworth made a trip to Czechoslovakia, as it was known then. They were escorted around to various crevice gardens. The style was heavily influenced by the Mendel University Botanical Garden in Brno as designed by the architect Dr Ivar Otruby. The rock gardens and perennials there were developed by the gardener Josef Holzbecher.

This tour began in Praha then proceeding down to Brno.
