I recently bought seed of Xerophyta viscosa to see how well it does for me. Seems I can't help being attracted to the odd and unusual, and this plant certainly fits the bill (a.k.a 'Black Stick Lily')

Any advice from forumists with experience growing this plant would be greatly appreciated.
Is Echium amoenum really reliably perennial? Every year I flower it, only to watch the plant dry up and disappear.

Here is some different colours of Corydalis solida. I have several and they self sow even in the lawn among the crocuses.
The genus Hebe has recently captured my attention, and I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for species or hybrids which are very cold hardy. I am in zone 6B or slightly above, and have two species now in our garden: Hebe odora (syn. Hebe buxifolia), and Hebe pinguifolia var. pagei. Both species have been in the ground for about two years, and they bloomed for us this past summer. We would love to add a few whipcord form Hebes, along with some with flowers that aren't white.
I have some seed of "Korean Violet" identified as Viola koreana 'Syletta', but have also seen it listed as Viola gyproceras var. exilis . Can anyone tell me which one is the current correct name for the plant?
Rockfringe (Epilobium obcordatum) is showy with it's 4" pink flowers clustering around the base of granite boulders or peeking out of the fissured cliff faces. This is a two inch tall creeping plant of the sub-alpine and alpine fellfields. The small glabrous gray leaves are rounded and held close to the stems giving the nonflowering plants a neat tidy appearance. Once in bloom one hardly notices the foliage since the flowers steal all the attention.
This is my first time on this forum. I've been adding dwarf willows to my gardens over the past few years and am interested in propagating more. If there's anyone out there interested in swapping cuttings now would be a good time to do it. If there's interest let me know and I'll post what species I have. Thanks.

Some martagons recently or currently in bloom here:
A couple of really lovely ones given to me by my friend from work, Adam, who is very active in growing and hybridizing lilies and is becoming well known in lily circles... These flower stalks are 6' 5 1/2' tall this year.
